On Grief:

In time the sea calms,
but the waves still come.
The cliffs behind, rise up and decay into the foam.

Of all the this and thats
that we may be we are nothing much without love.

Standing so close to the shore my feet are soaked.
I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Life is a gift.

The passing of life, and the witnessing of death, can be a strangely affirming experience. As if the contrast of not being realises an acute state of being, a recognition of life.

Can we ever accurately communicate our experience of life, or the frame that death places around it?

It can show us what life is in a very visceral way.

This is what the following video is about.
