How are you? How can I help?
You’ve likely arrived here because you are suffering in some way.
Perhaps you’ve even been downplaying it, trying to minimise it for years, but it’s been eating away at you until now, when it can no longer be ignored.
For some, this might feel like a minor irritation or a sense of feeling misplaced. For others, it’s discomfort, fear, anxiety, dislocation, isolation—the list is long. Whatever it looks like for you, suffering is suffering.
We tend to suffer for one of two reasons:
- We believe something that isn’t true.
- We don’t want to believe something that is true.
In the first case, healing means letting go of a falsehood you’ve been holding onto, an attachment to which has been keeping your feeling safe, or enough in some way.
In the second, healing is about accepting a truth you’ve been resisting, even when it’s painful.
Neither path is easy. If they were, you wouldn’t be here.
Whatever the reason for your suffering you have probably been coping with it for some time, but it has got to a point where a part of yourself is trying to make you more conscious, more aware, or the root of it.
Life’s circumstance or situations may have got increasingly more problematic for you – either that or your patience for them has been diminishing.
My role in this process to help you get clearer in yourself about those things. A role is to help you reach a greater level of conscious awareness about the situation and ultimately about yourself.
Whatever you’re struggling with, confusion, fear, frustration, anxiety, isolation, it can be difficult to face it alone. You may feel lost about what to do next, and this may feel like the only option left. If that’s the case, you’re not alone.
